Terms of Service
Last updated: July 8, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of Ozma's website, API control plane, gateway proxy, MCP server, CLI, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account, purchasing credits, calling the gateway, or listing an API, you agree to these Terms.
1. Who we are
Ozma is a product of Solo Dolo Labs LLC ("Solo Dolo Labs," "we," "us"), a United States limited liability company. Our studio site is solodololabs.com. Ozma operates an agentic-first API marketplace that aggregates third-party APIs behind a single key, meters usage, and pays providers via Stripe Connect. Solo Dolo Labs is the platform operator; individual APIs are provided by independent third-party providers ("Providers").
2. Eligibility & accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for all activity under your account, including safeguarding API keys and session tokens. Do not share keys in public repositories, client-side code, or untrusted environments. Notify us immediately at support@ozma.app if you suspect unauthorized use.
3. Service description
Ozma provides discovery, proxy routing, usage metering, spend governance, and billing for API calls. We do not own or operate upstream APIs. Availability, accuracy, latency, and data quality depend on Providers and their upstream services. Ozma may modify, suspend, or discontinue APIs or features with reasonable notice when practicable.
4. Billing & credits
- Prepaid credits are purchased through Stripe Checkout and consumed per API call at published rates. See our Refund Policy for credit refund terms.
- Starter or promotional credits may be limited per email address, IP range, or payment method to prevent abuse.
- Auto-reload and postpaid invoicing require a valid payment method on file. Failed charges may result in account suspension until the balance is resolved.
- Prices are shown in USD unless otherwise stated. You are responsible for applicable taxes.
5. Provider terms
If you list an API on Ozma, you additionally agree to provider onboarding requirements, accurate pricing metadata, Stripe Connect payout terms, and compliance with upstream license terms. Ozma retains a platform take rate on provider payouts as disclosed during onboarding. Providers must not misrepresent API capabilities or circumvent metering.
6. Acceptable use
Your use of the Service must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. Prohibited conduct includes abuse of signup flows, circumvention of rate limits or billing, reselling access in violation of upstream terms, scraping the marketplace to replicate listings, and any unlawful activity.
7. Intellectual property
Ozma retains all rights in the Service, including software, branding, merit rankings, and documentation. Providers retain rights in their APIs and content. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Service according to these Terms.
8. Privacy
Our collection and use of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. Enterprise customers may execute a Data Processing Addendum where applicable.
9. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OZMA DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. OZMA DOES NOT GUARANTEE UPSTREAM API AVAILABILITY, ACCURACY, OR FITNESS FOR YOUR USE CASE.
10. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OZMA WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OZMA'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO OZMA IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).
11. Termination
You may close your account at any time by contacting support. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or to protect the Service. Sections that by nature should survive termination (including billing obligations, disclaimers, and liability limits) will survive.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
13. Governing law & contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, unless otherwise required by applicable law. Questions: support@ozma.app.
